Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds and returns are subject to certain conditions. Please read carefully to understand our policies.

Refunds

Pretty Girl World accepts returns or refunds, in the form of store credit, in the event that:

• One or more of your items have sold out since your order was processed
• Items prove to be damaged, defective or incorrect

Damaged, defective or incorrect items should be reported to Pretty Girl World within 7 days of delivery to receive a store credit refund or qualify for our exchange policy.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are refunded via store credit. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us in the form of a Pretty Girl World gift card. Exchanges are available for qualifying items. Note:

• We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Returns

Due to the nature of products sold by PrettyGirlBoss Inc and the COVID-19 pandemic, returns are not accepted at this time for any reason not listed above.

NOTE: All digital products are final sale items. No refunds or returns will be granted for any reason.
